Cockney Slang Rhyming Words

I loved the idea of this and made up a 'cockney-slang' story. Alas, my residents found it very confusing and it did not go down too well. May be it was a big ask for Australians to understand if even Londoners can't. We had a good laugh but I think I will shelve this one under 'too hard'.

Hey, all. When "Wiggles" were on TV, my little son was singing and dancing, and me, too.

"Everybody clap, (Clap, clap, clap), everybody sing, la, la, la, la, la~~~~" I was singing,

"Everybody crap, (crap, crap, crap), so on as English is second language for a loooong time...

Up the Jack and Jill - Hill

Rock and Roll = Dole

Jack Tar = Bar

Loaf of Bread = Head

Barnet Fair = Hair

Syrup of Figs = Wigs

Boat Race = Face

Mince Pies = Eyes

King Lears = Ears

North and South = Mouth

Hampstead Heath = Teeth

Loaf = Head

Gregory Peck = Neck

Noddy Holder = Shoulders

Bristol Cities = Titty

Thrupenny Bits = Tits

Bristol and West = Chest

Chalk Farms = Arms

German Bands = hands

Derby Kelly = Belly

Newington Butts = Guts

Fish and Chips = Hips

If you're a woman you might have Bristol Cities (or Thrupenny Bits) on yer Bristol and West.

We've all got a pair of Chalk Farms poking out with a pair of German Bands at the end. In yer Derby Kelly lives yer Newington Butts. Don't eat too much in case yer Fish and Chips start expanding.
