Actually there are two more reindeer...Olive (all of the other reindeer) and Howe (how the other reindeer).... Could be tricky, but its funny....does everyone sing the echo bits when singing Rudolph the red nosed reindeer...residents love this song.

Thank you Sheila, you are quite right. The original reindeers are the first eight names. 'Rudolph became popular later and I guess we could place his name in brackets for the younger generation. Thanks again for the feedback.

Note Rudolph was never one of them - Rudolph first appeared in a 1939 booklet written by Robert L. May and published by Montgomery Ward
