Christmas Keepsakes

• Paper, cut into strips
• Pens or markers

Instructions

1. Cut paper into small strips, making sure they fit inside the ornament when rolled up.
2. Encourage residents to write down something positive from this year on each strip of paper. They could also write a favorite memory or a loving message to their family.
3. Roll each strip of paper and carefully place it into the clear ornament. 
4. Optionally, sprinkle in a small amount of colorful confetti or paper snowflakes.
5. Close the ornament securely and tie a ribbon at the top for easy hanging. 
6. Residents can also personalize the ornament with a festive message or simple design using a paint pen.
