Have you tried doll therapy? Give her a baby to look after... a Moses basket or waist high crib might also be helpful
Golden carers has an excellent resource on doll therapy.
We had a lady who used to want to roll bandages ready for the next shift.
Have you tried nappy folding and bottle sterilizing?
