Hi Solange,

I just wanted a bit of advice. As I’ve previously mentioned, I am setting up an over 60’s group for the 4 elderly Asian couples in my area who I have happened to know all my life. One of the couples are my parents and the other three are family friends. I want to invite them into my home initially once a week for 4 hours and I’m planning activities for them and lunch and refreshments I’ll be providing too. The club will start on 22nd at 12 pm- 4pm and I’ve visited all of the couples in their homes to see how they react. The response has been great and all are looking forward to it. So I’m holding a pre club meeting next Thursday to discuss rules and dietary requirements etc. I wanted to ask you if you think I’ve got everything covered and also if u can give me any ideas as to some fun activities for men and women in their 70’s and 80’s.

I’m making enquiries about Ring and ride so that I am able to take them out now and again.

Please if there’s anything you can guide me on or activities or how I can get discounts for things such as bowling or other stuff I will be very grateful.

I’m sorry my email is long winded but I’m feeling a bit nervous as I want this to be a success.

Thanks

Taibah
