Hello

Wondering if any one has ever used the exercise cd to the washer women. I used this many years ago, have since lost, was hoping some one may remember it and perhaps have a copy.
Would love to talk further.

Hi Jo, I don't know this one off hand. Is the washer women the title or was this a type of exercise?

It was the title of the song, it is very old so may have fallen by the way side.

I met marcel earlier in 2018 and he now has put out a sit dancing DVD including the washer woman that was on his earlier cd. he comes from NZ but was doing a teaching tour in Australia

the song from Marcels sit dancing was an irish Jig. he has been doing some training and selling his sit dancing DVDs in australia in 2018 so you should be able to track him down
