How to organise a trivia game for the age?

I want to do a fundraiser for a charity we partner with and I am going to do a trivia night. Could you give me some ideas/suggestions on how to organize it for our residents and their family and friends?

I like to provide trivia after morning exercise or during the early afternoon. Individual's living with Dementia are typically the most engaged during the morning.
