The calendars on Golden Carers are purely templates, so you need to add activities each month separately.

We have another system called Toolkit:

This system lets you set up an activity schedule and then download the templates anytime you like. You can read more about it here:

The best part is the Activity and Calendar features are free for all existing Golden Carers members :)

Maurice thank you for replying. So just to be clear, once I fill in the calendar with my activities besides printing it out right away there is not a way to save a digital copy of it? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding but appreciate the help. :)

If you're using the printables on Golden Carers, then once you've printed off a calendar and filled it in, you can save the file and re-print it. But it's just like any other word document or PDF file, you have to maintain it yourself.

If you use Toolkit, you can set up your activity schedule once with repeating activities, and then print future months as you need them :)

Hi i wondered if you could help ? I have toolkit and have been using it for a couple of months great programme. I saw the activity schedule you can do on the and it looks great but i cant work out how make a schedule like the one in the previous link .

That's great to hear! :)

1. Go to the Monthly Calendars page, here is the link:

2. Click the blue button "+ Add Activity"in the top left of the screen

3. Enter an activity name, date, and time

4. Next, click "Repeats", and change it from "Never" to whatever repeating option you'd like:

- Daily

- Weekly

- Fortnightly

- Monthly

- Annually

5. You can optionally set an "Ends on" date if you like

And that's it! There are other options, like assigning it to a client, or a staff member, but this is the best way to get started.

Non-Repeating activities can be edited by clicking on them, Repeating Activites can be updated by click the "Options" button on the calendar screen, and then click "Repeating Activities".
