Hi Renee!

You should be able to view PowerPoints on your iPhone / iPad using the Microsoft PowerPoint app:

They also have an Android app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.powerpoint&hl=en_AU

You can also convert it to a Google Slide on your computer first (this is what I personally do), as then use the Google Docs app to view it as well, however, there are sometimes conversion issues:
