How are you all celebrating thanks giving in your assisted livings? Are you allowing 1 guest? Do you have all your residents eating in the dining room together yet?

I do not work in assisted-living
I would ask your administrator or executive director what he wants you to do about inviting guests and having people eat in the dining room
