Hi to all, I have just joined here today.. I work as a activities coordinator with three colleagues in a care home with 80 residents. We try our best but can't get. To. Everybody all the time, who could suggest some good carer led activities?? Thanks

Hi Andy
The trick with Carers is you have to get them to actually do the activities
I think motivation is key
You want to keep things simple like dice games or card games

Thank you Golden carers for all the great ideas. My residents really enjoy the quizzes and some of the craft activities. They especially want "This day in history". I try to make it a morning ritual after the newspaper reading. This month there are so many great ideas for St Patrick's day, many I have printed off to use.
