Hello all! I'm at a smallish Senior Center in a urban area. We recently reabsorbed operations as a city for the Center. I am needing to create the volunteer program from scratch. Does anyone have any documents that they'd be willing to share? Perhaps trainings, policy/procedures/recruitment/applications/etc? Anything would be wonderful!
