Hi there, I was thinking about doing an activity for the care givers in the facility I work at. They work very hard and want to do something to show how much we appreciate them. Was thinking of doing a craft project called staff and craft. Any good fall ideas to do a project with?

You could do a thank you wall. Use different coloured paper and have clients pick a word they use to describe the carers. Then stick them up onto one wall for everyone to see. I also would put a big sign in the middle or at the top saying Thank You or What we think of our carers? You could also stick photo's up between the comments?
You could also do staff awards, where residents vote for staff members that have made a difference to them. Have a couple cool prizes available for the staff members that get the most votes.
Hello, I have just renewed my membership after spending a year with Golden Carers. My residents in the home where I am Activities leader have totally enjoyed all the activities I have used from your website. I have used your newsletter templates, quizzes, word games, "This Day in History", painting pages, seasonal topics, and many more. Keep up the good work in helping us provide meaningful care for our precious residents that we are privileged to look after ✨️

Below are things I have had success with that are easy and can be adapted to your residents' specific needs.
Most have jobs for every participant.
