Hi Jennifer! I would look into Youtube if you do not have anything specific. If you do have specifics, set the room up with : Some soothing spa music. Concentrate on specific muscles and/or parts of the body. Make sure to have the "speaker" use a soft voice. Low lighting. Maybe some aroma therapy going on at the same time. Lavender would be wonderful!
