Happy New Year. I pray that all activities you do will be successful with your community.
I am working on a resident highlight to add to my monthly newsletter but I am unsure of the questions that I should ask. Any suggestions? The purpose of this highlight is so that other residents reading this will know some of the things that others like and hopefully will spark communication. I think that they remember more when they read than just being told.
I will wait for any suggestions.

I would start by looking at your activity calendar
I am sure there are activities that you do multiple times a month such as exercise
Then add one of them reminisce how much fun it was
You can do this with multiple activities, especially ones where you want more participation
