- What happens if our group payment is delayed?
- On request we can extend your group members' access until the payment is processed to ensure continuous access. Once the payment is received your group will be automatically renewed.
- How are passwords managed for group members?
- Passwords are automatically generated and emailed to each member upon account setup. Members can change their password after logging in. If a password is forgotten, it can be easily reset.
- Can individual accounts in a group be renewed separately?
- No, all accounts in a group are locked to prevent individual renewals. This ensures a streamlined renewal process for the whole group. Members can request to be removed from the group if needed.
