Kristen, Our floor is old school square tile. I made each "square" a square of 4 tiles. I then left a blank "square" of 4 next to it. This will allow for a walker or a wheelchair. I made my walk large enough to accommodate 9 players. It is easily adjustable for more or fewer players. I used blue painter's tape to make the grid. We had cupcakes for the winner! I will attach a picture of the floor grid and a paper layout that has a better visual. Hope this helps. Feel free to contact me should you have anyquestions.
I have been using your site constantly over the last few weeks as I was allocated a client with young on-set dementia. Your strategies, games and ideas have been brilliant. Thanks again!
