Does this person who you have a conflict with do good work besides that or are there other problems??

If everything else is good perhaps you can figure out a way to satisfy both of you by compromising somehow

I found that a staff meeting works well

The hard part may be getting everyone together

It’s nice to serve food at the meeting

I am getting a lot of conflict with what activities are on times, why is t his person doing this.....

It's hard because they make you feel so bad and like a losing battle.
