I assume you’re working for an agency of some type or are you doing this on your own??
If you’re working for an agency then someone should have done an assessment on this client and told you what they think the needs are
You are with the client so you should be able to see what the needs of might be
Remember offered time the needs of the client change
Usually elderly client decline over time
You are the one that sees these changes so your care should reflect the changes
I know it can be difficult but allow the client to do as much as he can on his own so he maintains his function
