Hello there everyone!

Our residents are frequently exhibit a significant change which triggers a CAA, the CAA worksheet, really focus (to me) if there is a new admit that triggers in Activities. So here is the questions:

1, Example CAA for a S/C on an existing resident.

2. CAA fro new resident that triggers for Activity.

Here is an article you can read

http://www.activitydirector.org/course_images/Week5_MDS30-2.pdf

Look at this article too especially numbers seven through 10

I think you need to give a resident a few weeks to settle in before seeing if the CAA is necessary

However you need to follow the guidelines of your facility

I have found thatCAAs are not necessary that often

You're quite the special angel here to assist everyone. It takes a special kind of person to deal with seniors - they are not given the respect or credit they so deserve to have lasted this long on this earth. To have witnessed such history is amazing. So many are forgotten about and I try everyday to share RAOKs (Random Acts of Kindness) with any person I see that could use it - thank you again for the great ideas which I hope to spread around the area to help make others know how special they are.
