Hi all! Can anyone help me? I have been scouring the internet for a chair exercise DVD that is Region 4. There are millions with Region1, these can only be played in USA and Canada. If anyone has any ideas please let me know as we only have one chair exercise dvd and everyone is getting very annoyed with it!

Hi Jennifer, we have many different DVD exercise program during the week.Residents in wheel chairs also enjoy the Thai Chi, Yoga, Sit Dancing,DVDs.Plus Balloon Exercise with staff. Try ABC shops or e bay. Sandra
