Does anyone do armchair aerobics? and if so do you have any music that works well?

I do armchair exercises to music I usually start with a slower song and then have a few upbeat songs and then finish with a slower song. Here are some of the songs I use Daydream Believer, Do Wah Diddy Diddy, Push Bike song, Build Me up Buttercup, Proud Mary, The Wanderer, Dancing Queen, Twist and Shout, Oh, Pretty Women, A World of Our Own, Islands in the Stream, Beautiful Sunday, Calendar Girl, Green Green Grass of Home and Sweet Caroline. I have a few residents who come to the exercise group but don't join in but will sing along.

I find anything in 4~4 time works well. Alot of country music fits in this. I like to mix with classic and current music.
