Peacock Collage Group Project

My residents loved making this peacock. After coloring in each feather they decorated them with jewels. Everyone who visits comments on how pretty it is.

We altered this group feather project to make a Thanksgiving turkey for a billboard in our memory care facility. Our residents thoroughly enjoyed this project!

We love a collaborative project and everyone was so happy with how our peacock turned out.

We do have someone who did the peacock body differently.

Our residents really enjoyed this as a multi-media project. Some used paint, some used markers or pencil crayons to color, and some simply used stickers, and pretty much all of them added stickers at some point - once one started they all wanted to bling up their feathers! At first they didn't quite know what to expect from their own feathers but they sure loved the end result!

We had great time doing this activity in are Care home.
