we do a similar thing for a bingo we give them a stamp every time they win and when the card is full we give them a voucher for our shop to spend on what they like.

Hi sandra we do a mystery taxi trip where the residents are different each week and they choose where they would like to go it's great cause they reminsing about there past. we also go to the shops for lunch or a pub. bring it up in your residents meeting and ask them what they want cause then you show you are involing residents and its residents focused.

We made this and the resident's loved it got good feed back from the residents.
some tips make sure you put the paint where the wheels are or it's a lot oh hard work ( but fun) and we used bleach to get it off the wheels.
One resident said she loved it and it was moden art work.
