Scarves on Handles - Exercise Activity

Hi, I’m really interested in trying the scarves on handles activity, but would love a photo of the scarf attached to fly squatter, I’m just unsure how to go about it, or would love to hear from anyone with a clearer description. Many Thanks

Balloons

Hi There
I to have introduced Balloon Fun to my residents.
I use 2, 90cm balloons and hit them around to the residents. The larger balloons i find are more fun to use than the small ones. We put on music as well and we all have a laugh.

Balloon Games

We played balloon fun for the first time in my facility, and the residents absolutely loved it, i made the rackets out of wire coat hangers and staockings. Sue
