We have a program called the Photo Star Cafe. We do it on a monthly basis. Part of the program involves a game of trivia. The winner is the Photo star of the month. A picture is taken and placed on the activity board for the month. A framed picture is also given to the winner to keep in his/her room. it is like a tea social with a twist ,with all the preparations. The residents enjoys it.

We run a tuck shop at our home. The Programs Manager would buy items such as pop and snacks and the residents would buy it. The proceeds would go to the residents.

Armchair Travel: A Sensory Experience for Seniors

You can have a cultural day where everyone can were an out fit from India. Play Indian music, show some bollywood dancing video , have pictures of the various famous places in India e.g Taj mahal posted and share some history.
