Can any one tell me if they have a facebook site set up for a familys only group for their facility , and how did you set it up and what and how do families respond to it,

hi We use Ezi fit fashions from Albury they have a wonderful range of clothing for people with special needs the lady's name is Yvonne Bensley ph 0417225767 , she will even come to your facility to show case the clothes,
she also has a huge range of clothing pacifically for aged care homes that are washed in industrial machines , she truly is a wonder and so very helpful

hi I've noticed that everyone's calendar is very busy
,I mean so much is written on one day with lots of pictures , does this not get confusing for people to take in . I make sure that my program isn't cluttered and easily read ,
but I suppose it looks pretty with lots of graphics and pictures , do you think this is preferred , I also keep regular activities so people know when something is on by habit , and that goes for my volunteers and other staff . we are all creatures of habits and regularities , this helps for those that are easily confused . hahah including me .

hi in the facility where i work there are 40 med to low care residents . i do the activities alone doing an 8 hr day 4 x a week .i love my job and at times i coax the pcs to get involved if only for a few minutes,
Our job is so different , and fun and engaging ,and it is always nice to have the pcs be part of that . and i know many pcs at first think my job is cruzy but until they get involved their thoughts change and generally the comment is "dont know how you do it "
