Our facility is appears so clinical and hospital like. My boss has asked me to come up with ideas on how to make it more like home, particularly for dementia residents. Nothing is of the table. Hit me with your ideas!

Hi
I work 30 hours a week, with 54 high care residents. I find that this is not enough hours - any tips for time management?
My contract has potential for more hours, I've just followed on from the man who left. my fellow DT's are on 38 hours. We have equal responsibility etc.
Any tips on how to approach management on increasing my hours?
