Hi, Does anyone else use a CD for seated exercises that begins with, "Sit comfortably in your chair, back straight, feet supported by the floor and we will begin with breathing..." We are currently using a burnt copy of this CD and trying to find out what the original name of the program is and who it is by. Thanks in advance.
Chocolate Mousse is a good one. I buy the package from the grocery store and make it up at work, very simple. I make individual ones in little plastic cups, put some cream on top. Makes it something special for the ones who miss out on the snacks during happy hours and such.
Hi, I am after suggestions for project ideas we can do in our men's club. Currently our men's club is very quiet and we are struggling to come up with ideas of things to do during our time. I was thinking some sort of hands on project to get everyone more involved would be good, any ideas? Thanks
