About ROS: Hello Everyone. I work as a LIFE ENRICHMENT GUIDE for a dementia specific share home in Cooroibah Queensland called “Sapphire Noosa”. We are committed to The Eden Alternative - a philosophy of care that is focused on the care of the spirit as well as the care of the body. An Elder-centred community commits to creating a human habitat where life revolves around close & continuing contact with people of all ages & abilities, as well as plants & animals. It is these relationships that provide the young & old alike with a pathway to a life worth living. Creating an Elder-Centred community is a never-ending process. Human growth must never be separated from human life. I am so grateful that my life’s journey has brought me to this wonderful role caring for our elders at Sapphire Noosa

Hello everyone - does anybody have or know a useful site with downloadable step-by-step dressing, toileting, personal care visual prompt guides, like cue cards but more specific, for people living with dementia? Photos or diagrams with action words as well would be brilliant. THANKS in advance :) Ros
