With 5 years working with Beverly Hills Carmel Retirement Hotel an assisted living, as an Activity Director, I was loved by the residents there for the activities, I have shared with them. I am grateful for this site that polished my skills.
Decided to change my journey in extending my skills as Activity Coordinator to an assisted living with a diverse population from ages 21 to 70 years old with mental disabilities. It is a good decision, that I renewed my membership to this site for the activities and ideas covers not only for the golden age (seniors) but to young and old people with mental disabilities.

- Thanksgiving day - A positive notes from residents were placed in the positivity jar and on thanksgiving their notes were hang in a tree and called it "Tree of Positivity". That tree was then one of my decorations for Christmas and New Year.
- Journey of Life - Prepared a forum - Invited 5 residents to talk about: places visited, happy and not so happy memories and their interest. It was a successful event that some residents requested to include it in my monthly calendar of activity.
- Implemented as well, a week in history bulletin (history for the week and word games) are the highlights
