Hi there, has anyone set up a faux business environment in dementia unit. We have a few gents all with a business background and wondering what others may have done. We have set up an office environment and now thinking of progressing to hosting a regular meeting with minutes taken, etc. Starting from Terms of Reference for the "Committee", that sort of thing. I want it to be as authentic for them as possible. I'd love to know if anyone has set up any mock spreadsheets or reports, or would know if there was a resource out there somewhere.
Golden Carers is a phenomenal and creative resource of activities for the senior population and people with dementia. They also provide resources and support for the caregiver too. I liked all the different types of activities that were available. You could pick and choose from a plethora of items the activities appropriate for your group. Keep on doing what you are doing. So many people's lives have been touched and improved by your website. Your website is a blessing to many organisations.
