Hello everyone. I love the Christmas/Holiday exercise idea! I’m definitely going to incorporate those props n give new names to the exercises we do! I do seated chair/wheel chair exercises everyday. I also use Latin, Waltz, Marches, Oldies as a change up. They love ABBA!! Thank you for the holiday ideas!
