this was lots of fun, we played different versions of this to make it interesting and more challenging. first all thongs had to land fully inside a hoola hoop. then through the hoop into a bowl on the other side while moving the hoop slowly side to side.

What a great idea, I actually purchased the thongs with the flags on them $2.00 per pair, decorated the room, had Slim Dusty cds, & the esky, I have some of the best Thong Throwers on the Central Coast, they had a great time. After the Comp I served a "cuppa" with saos & vegemite. Thank you for sharing this great idea.

I did this last Australia day it was alot of fun and well received by all residents. I turned it into a competition and residents received a small gift relating to Australia. The Aussie Competitive Spirit never dies...

I've done this a few times for Australia day, but we actually have a couple of pairs of thongs and we use an esky for the residents to throw the thongs in...it's hilarious
